These terms govern your use of moyoandcoeditions.com and the editions 
sold through it. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

About us

Moyo & Co. Editions is an editorial imprint based at Kuduberry Studios, 
Leopards Hill Road, Lusaka, Zambia. We publish digital city guides and 
related editorial products.

What you are buying

When you purchase an edition from us, you are buying a single-user 
licence to download, read, and personally use the digital file. You are 
not buying the underlying content, copyright, or any commercial rights.

Permitted use

You may:

- Download the file to your personal devices
- Print copies for your own personal reference
- Quote short passages for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution

You may not:

- Resell, redistribute, or share the file with others
- Reproduce the content on websites, in publications, or in any commercial 
context without our written permission
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding within the file

Each edition is intended for one buyer. If you would like to share an 
edition with colleagues, friends, or clients, please purchase additional 
copies or contact us about licensing.

Delivery

Editions are delivered electronically via the email address you provide 
at checkout. Download links are sent immediately after payment is 
confirmed. If you do not receive your link within an hour, please check 
your spam folder before contacting us.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Payment 
is processed at checkout through our payment provider. We reserve the 
right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders 
already placed.

Intellectual property

All content within our editions, including text, photography, design, 
and layout, is the copyright of Moyo & Co. Editions or its contributors. 
Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Accuracy of information

We make every effort to ensure that information in our editions is 
accurate at the time of publication. Cities change. Restaurants open and 
close. Roads get renamed. We update our editions periodically but cannot 
guarantee that every listing reflects current circumstances at the moment 
you read it.

Liability

Our editions are provided for informational purposes. Use of the 
information is at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses, 
inconveniences, or damages arising from following recommendations in our 
editions, including but not limited to safety, accuracy of business 
information, or changes to listed venues.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any 
disputes will be resolved in Zambian courts, except where applicable 
consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site 
or our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
