Moyo & Co. Editions

Moyo & Co. began as a concept boutique in Lusaka. A small space inside Kuduberry Studios on Leopards Hill, with a rotating edit of clothing, accessories, homewares, and objects from Zambia and beyond. Visitors and customers kept asking the same questions. Where should we eat. Where should we stay. What's worth seeing. What's the city actually like.

We kept answering. The answers got longer. Eventually we noticed something. There was no proper guide to Lusaka. Not one written from the inside, with care, by people who actually live here. The city had been left to TripAdvisor scraps and outdated tourism board copy. So we wrote one.

Moyo & Co. Editions is the imprint that followed. A small publishing arm of the boutique, dedicated to slow, curated guides for the cities we love but that don't get the attention. We started with the one we know best. Written for travellers, expats, and locals who want to know their city better.

Our editions

The LSK City Guide. First Edition, April 2026. A full editorial guide to Lusaka, written for those arriving, settling, or returning. Neighbourhoods, history, food, makers, wellness, weekends out.

The Mobile Companion. A pocket edition of the guide, designed for the city in motion. Curated, not crowdsourced.

The voice

We write the way we'd want to be written for. Considered, with an eye for what makes a place itself. We are wary of the breathless, the comprehensive, the exhaustive. We prefer to recommend less, and recommend well.

The boutique

Moyo & Co. Concept Boutique is our flagship. You'll find us at Kuduberry Studios on Leopards Hill. Small, evolving, social. A curated meeting point between local craft and global design.
