Refund policy

Moyo & Co. Editions publishes digital products. Because our editions are
delivered as immediate digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not
offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed
and the download has been delivered.
Why we do not offer refunds
Our editions are intellectual property delivered electronically. Once the
file has been sent or downloaded, we have no way to retrieve it. This is
standard practice across the digital publishing industry.
We ask that you read the product description carefully before purchase.

before completing your order. We are happy to answer questions about
format, content, and what is included.
Exceptions
We will provide a replacement or refund in the following limited
circumstances:
- Technical issues with delivery. If you do not receive your download
link within an hour of purchase, contact us and we will resend it. If
we cannot deliver the file, we will refund your purchase in full.
- Wrong file delivered. If you receive a file other than the one you
purchased, contact us and we will send the correct file at no additional
cost.
- File corruption. If the file you receive will not open or is corrupted,
contact us with details and we will send a replacement.
How to contact us
For any issues with your order, please email hello@moyoandcoeditions.com
within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description
of the issue. We will respond within three working days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card
provider. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Chargebacks
initiated without prior contact may result in additional fees and delays.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at
the time of your purchase governs your order.
