Institutional and corporate licensing

The LSK City Guide is licensed by organisations that bring people to Lusaka. Mining companies, embassies, NGOs, hotels, safari operators, consultancies, and relocation firms use the guide to orient incoming staff, support visiting delegations, and welcome guests to the city.

This page outlines our four licensing tiers. For any of them, please write to hello@moyoandcoeditions.com with your organisation, intended use, and approximate user count. We respond within three working days.

Small team licence

$400 per year. Up to 5 users.

For small consultancies, two- or three-person operations, and tightly held teams. Includes the LSK City Guide and Mobile Companion for up to five named users, with annual updates as new editions are released.

Suitable for: boutique consultancies, small relocation firms, family offices, two- or three-person NGOs, and small advisory teams.

Standard institutional licence

$1,500 per year. Up to 25 users.

For organisations with smaller teams. Includes unlimited internal distribution of the LSK City Guide and Mobile Companion to named employees or members, with attribution to your organisation. Annual updates included as new editions are released.

Suitable for: smaller NGOs, embassy missions, consultancies, returning-Zambian networks, and corporate teams of up to 25 incoming or existing staff.

Enterprise licence

From $3,000 per year. Unlimited internal users.

For larger organisations with significant employee movement to Lusaka. Includes unlimited distribution within your organisation, co-branded onboarding versions on request, priority editorial updates, and a named contact for editorial questions from your HR or relocation team.

Suitable for: mining majors, large international NGOs, multi-mission embassy networks, UN agencies, and Pan-African corporates with regional operations.

Hospitality licence

From $2,500 per year, per property.

For hotels, lodges, and safari operators who want to offer the guide to their guests. Distribution can be via in-room digital access, concierge link cards, or guest welcome emails. Co-branding available. We work with each property to fit how their guests actually encounter the content.

Suitable for: city hotels, country lodges, safari camps with Lusaka transit nights, and hospitality groups looking for a high-quality alternative to generic welcome packs.

What the guide includes

The LSK City Guide is a full editorial guide to Lusaka. Neighbourhoods, history, food, makers, wellness, weekends out, and the practical knowledge expats build in their first months. The Mobile Companion is a pocket edition designed for the city in motion.

Both are written from inside the city, not curated from external sources. We update the editions periodically and licensed organisations receive new versions automatically.
