What do I actually receive when I buy the guide?

A digital PDF, delivered to your inbox immediately after purchase. The Mobile Companion comes as a separate file, designed to work on your phone. Both are yours to keep.

What devices does the guide work on?

Any device that opens PDFs. Phones, tablets, laptops, e-readers. The Mobile Companion is designed specifically for phones and works in the browser as well as in any PDF reader.

How do I get my download?

Immediately after payment, you'll receive an email with a download link. Click the link to download your file. If you don't see the email within an hour, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, write to us and we'll resend it.

Can I share the guide with friends or family?

Our editions are licensed for personal use by a single buyer. We ask that you not redistribute or share the file. If you'd like to gift the guide to someone, please purchase an additional copy. For larger groups (teams, organisations, hotels), see our licensing options.

Can I print the guide?

Yes, for personal use. The full LSK City Guide is designed to read beautifully both on screen and in print. Print at home or take it to a local printer. We're working on a print-on-demand option for future editions.

How often do you update the guide?

We update our editions periodically as the city changes. Restaurants open and close. Roads get renamed. Makers move studios. Buyers receive notifications when new versions are available. The version you buy today is the most current.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our editions are delivered as immediate digital downloads, all sales are final. We do make exceptions for technical issues with delivery, wrong files, or corrupted files. See our full refund policy for details.

Will there be guides to other cities?

Yes. Lusaka is the first edition. We're working on guides to other cities that don't get the attention they deserve. Join the list to be the first to know when new editions are released.

Can my organisation buy in bulk?

Yes. We offer institutional and corporate licensing for organisations bringing people to Lusaka. Mining companies, embassies, NGOs, hotels, and safari operators all use the guide. See our licensing page for details.

Is there a physical version?

Not yet. The current editions are digital-first. A small print run is planned for future editions. Sign up to be notified when it's available.
